Everything ships sealed from our Khulna store. Khulna district is delivered free, the rest of the country goes home delivery by Steadfast Courier, and any order over ৳3,000 delivers free anywhere.

Charges are for a parcel up to 1kg; heavier bags add ৳20 per extra kilo. Free delivery on every order over ৳3,000, all zones.
Returns
Lot mismatch. If the lot or expiry on the tub does not match the product page, refuse the parcel at the door or return it unopened within seven days. Full refund, delivery charge included.
Damaged in transit. Photograph the parcel before opening and call us the same day. We replace it at our cost.
Opened tubs. For safety reasons an opened supplement cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Check the seal and the codes before you break it.
Refunds are sent by bKash or Nagad within three working days of the returned parcel reaching us.
