The counterfeit problem in imported creatine is real. This is the process that removes the guesswork.

Sealed at source
Stock is bought from the authorised importer, never from a reseller with an opened case. The outer carton seal is intact when it reaches Khulna.

Lot and expiry photographed
Before a tub is listed, we photograph the lot number and expiry date stamped on it. That macro shot goes on the product page.

Matched at your door
When the parcel arrives, compare the code on the tub with the photo on this site. Not a single character should differ.

Refunded if it does not match
If the codes do not line up, refuse the parcel or send it back unopened. We refund in full, including the delivery charge.
What a genuine parcel looks like
- Outer carton taped with our own printed tape, not plain brown tape
- Tub seal unbroken, with the foil liner intact under the lid
- Lot and expiry laser-stamped, never printed on a sticker
- Invoice inside listing the lot number of every tub in the box
